Cozy setting and comfort food all in one! Croque Madame was top notch. They also have an interesting brussel sprouts appetizer which they mix hot sauce and honey with. Yum!

#3 Herbsaint : 701 St Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70130

Interior is very warm & inviting. We ordered the white bolonese with pancetta and a Scottish egg on top which was cooked to perfection. In addition to our delightful dinner we ordered a ribeye that was perfectly seared and medium rare center.

#4 Cochon :930 Tchoupitoulas St, New Orleans, LA 70130

This place has an outstanding bar selection. My favorite place to go in Nola for drinks and late night snacking. If you know me, you know comfort food in my dictionary means charbroiled oysters with a side of mac & cheese (I know odd combo, add a little bourbon and your golden). Lol.

#5 Bakery Bar : 1179 Annunciation St., New Orleans, LA 70130

Charming place for cocktails and brunch!¬†Banana Foster French Toast” is incredible. Textures melting in your mouth, so simple & delicious, but do save some room for wedding cake! I hear it’s as delicious as it presents itself…
